So by default, it’s turned off. Make sure that in the expandable menu, at the top above the "Shuffle" button, you enable the "Skip Talk" feature. Another way is to click on the "AI Off" label in the play bar. This will open the "Audio Timeline", and you will find the "Skip Talk" toggle there as well.
