- bdcravens 7mo agoWouldn't the process of following the due process before it can be voted upon essentially the same of combining ingredients to make dough?
- kube-system 7mo agoI don't know but a loaf of bread is a completed product and a bill certainly isn't. Beyond that the analogy probably isn't very helpful.
- jibal 7mo agoIt's like calling "a bill recently introduced by Assembly Member Bauer-Kahan" ... "California's new bill". It's not California's anything, and won't be unless/until it becomes part of California's legal code.
