Because... user's don't care about AI anymore. They're fatigued by it.
- charcircuit 7mo agoThe top 2 apps on the App Store are ChatGPT and Gemini. ChatGPT has been at 1st place on the App Store for many months straight.
- falkensmaize 7mo agoAnd the 3rd and 4th place apps are “Freecash” (some kind of get paid to take surveys app) and the Peacock streaming app. These may be the most downloaded by rank, but we have no idea what the actual numbers are, or what period of time this ranking covers, which makes it a poor metric of popularity imho.
