  Also, I found a different base64 encoding with a different font here: https://www.justice.gov/epstein/files/DataSet%209/EFTA00775520.pdf https://www.justice.gov/epstein/files/DataSet%209/EFTA007755... This doesn't solve the "1 & l" problem for the pdf you are looking at, but it could be useful anyway.

      I checked and that's definitely the black and white version of the one encoded in the file. Someone build a very simple OCR tool that successfully extracted the base64[1]. The only difference besides the lack of the document tracking ids at the bottom is the original was pink on blue for the first page and has some pink text on the second.
