Anyone else building multiple things at once and not sure if it's smart?
- oaba_omar 8mo agoI keep shipping small tools in parallel instead of going all-in on one product. Not because I’m disciplined — mostly because when I focus on a single thing, I get emotionally attached and overthink every metric. What I’ve noticed: Zero traction on one project doesn’t kill my motivation anymore Ideas + feedback from one thing often help another Progress feels slower, but more consistent Downsides: Marketing multiple things is painful Constant doubt: “am I exploring or just scared to commit?” Genuinely curious how others here handle this. One product until it works? Or multiple bets and let users decide?
