- jgbuddy 8mo agoJust don't work for non-technical people, problem solved. They're usually less successful anyways
- thesumofall 8mo agoI‘m a technical exec and most of the advice rings true. Somewhere the translation from technical goals to business goals has to happen. Good leads will help with that and good engineers will come prepared
