You can have 240V outlets too... at least, a lot of woodworkers seem to install them in their garages. Are they legal in the kitchen?

- devilbunny 9mo agoYes, but it's hard to find the 240V appliances here except for clothes dryers, ovens, or built-in ranges/cooktops. Since a full induction cooktop is very expensive, most people who have induction will have a single portable hob.
