I'm not arguing that ffmpeg can get very complex (I was talking about "basic" ffmpeg usage in my original comment), just that `ff convert inputfile to ext` is not really simpler than `ffmpeg -i inputfile -o outputfile.ext`, which is all that this (this specific) tool is really doing.
