Been trying to decide whether adopting a traditional RFC process or Oxide's RFD (https://rfd.shared.oxide.computer/rfd/0001 https://rfd.shared.oxide.computer/rfd/0001) would better suit my team. We're using ADRs at the moment but we've ended up mixing a discussion like process into it and review process and using ADRs more like RFCs/RFDs
