The Steam client is now 64-bit on Windows 11 and Windows 10 64-bit

- drnick1 10mo agoI am looking forward to the 64bit Linux version as well. I will never game again on Windows now that Proton works as well as it does.

- ThatPlayer 10mo agoSteam Input uses SDL input for the heavy lifting of the input part of Steam Input. I believe that change is actually enabling the libUSB option for SDL because it is required for that Switch 2 controller support for now.

From Baldur's Gate 3 FAQ: Rosetta is a software that allows Baldur’s Gate 3 to run on systems with Apple silicon, and ARM64 will launch the game natively on Apple silicon, without additional software for compatibility. ARM64 marks a performance increase when playing Baldur’s Gate 3, however at this time Steam and GOG Galaxy do not support ARM64 so the ARM64 game version can not use platform features such as Cross-Save, Steam/GOG Galaxy overlay, friends lists and multiplayer invite features.
