This seems like you'd want to explain it a little more, given plenty of other companies cover flights to conferences and while that's a nice perk nobody considers it to be a vacation.
- elemeno 14y agoI'd assume it means that they don't give you a set number of vacation days, but instead trust you to take vacations when you want, for how long you want, as long as you're not taking unfair advantage of their policy.
