No, it's also iOS that's arbitrarily restricting it. I opened a bare .webm directly in Safari and got nothing on long press and nothing in any of the control widgets to save it.

- leshenka 10mo agoLikely not really what you want but you can make a shortcut that saves the file to Photos. - Get URLs from (shortcut input) - Get contents from (URLs from previous step) - Save (contents of URL) to Photos Set to accept URLs and appear in share sheet.
