- absoluteunit1 11mo agoThis is something that I constantly struggle with and my co founder and I discuss a lot. I’m always very tempted to just build everything. Example: We need a URL shortener - let me just put a basic one together over the weekend. I’m always tempted to build vs buy. My cofounder says sometimes that being an engineer founder can be bad for this reason - just because you can build something, doesn’t mean you should.
