middle management driven development is the mindset, not the people. it is the core of number go up at all cost
- tracerbulletx 1y agoI don't really agree with that. The infinite growth mindset is just capitalism and the current market realities being executed by the board and the C-Suite. Dysfunctional middle management is motivated more by protecting their job, kingdom building, and promotions.
