- mikeyouse 14y agoJeter's net worth is something near $125mm, the Promise campaign has given out over $30mm so far. As nice of a guy as Jeter is, I don't think he's given up 1/4 of his wealth. Smarter money is on the Stryker family (http://www.mlive.com/business/west-michigan/index.ssf/2010/09/three_kalamazooans_with_stryke.html http://www.mlive.com/business/west-michigan/index.ssf/2010/0...) and the Upjohn family. The combined wealth of the two families is ~$10B and they have pretty strong Kalamazoo ties.
