I have an Ioniq 5 and I have had nothing but perfect experiences with my Hyundai dealer. Both for sales, and service. Not that service has been much of a thing, since EVs require so little service. It's also clearly not just me, as the Ioniq 5 has been rated the EV of the year several years running by multiple publications.
