Their maps app is a regression stemming from political strife with google. It's much less useful now.
- thesash 14y agoI haven't used the new version, so can't comment on quality. My point was just that the "biggest thing" part of the announcement was probably based on the software updates. In terms of impact to user, the addition of turn-by-turn directions is a pretty big deal.
