- 1523124 1y agoThe medium has been the on the front of culture wars as far as the 80s. I would certainly not count on it as something to take a break from current politics as the others OP have listed. Now, if the club is about making actual animation, as oppose to discuss / critics some shows, it would be a different story. But most anime clubs aren't about that.
