Anki has a web app for repeatitions, but it doesn't mimic all the features of its Desktop/Mobile apps. http://www.ankiweb.net/ http://www.ankiweb.net/ Anki's biggest goal seems to aim for cross-platform in use (even stretched to the NDS at one point).
