- Joker_vD 1y agoWhat? Executive orders has been around since forever, and has been one of the main sources of law until very recently (in historical terms). Unless you're alluding to something completely different.
- atomicnumber3 1y agoI'm not thrilled at the idea of trying to explore alternate methods to enforce laws.
