- clipsy 1y agoComplaining because you can "only" afford to buy a median house without needing a mortgage has to be one of the more shockingly out of touch things I've heard on this very out of touch site.

- zihotki 1y agoGeneral median home price is a metric but of a limited value. There are a lot of homes in remote areas and they don't cost much. The only downside is that they cost so little because they are in remote areas without jobs. One can buy such house only to retire.
