Or we make like Niven's Puppeteers and move the Earth out into a further orbit with less insolation.
- stouset 1y agoThis doesn’t solve anything. We get less power from sunlight so we need to generate more on Earth. But we’re still fundamentally capped by the surface area of our rocky sphere. If we want to keep growing energy use past this, we’ll need to inhabit other rocky bodies.
