I'll never understand why people use DoJo. Its greatest strength are all the "widgets" i guess you'd call them. However they are all not created equal. Some are well polished and deliver acceptable performance levels and other times they are just demos and hacks.

The Dojo examples page always froze my browser. Even after switching computers and operating systems, it would hang for a while. I never did figure out if it was just me or nobody else seemed to notice.
