In many countries, the sale of alcohol is restricted because the majority agrees that it is harmful to society. The same should be done with pornographic content. However, we are only beginning to learn how to efficiently limit it. Things like this will happen, but it will improve over time. Overall, I see positive progress here.
- animal531 1y agoThat's to stop children from accessing it while this stops anyone from doing so. The two aren't equivalent.

For example in Norway, alcohol is forbidden for everyone at specific times (https://www.thenorwegianstandard.com/article/alcohol-in-norway-legal-guidelines-and-purchase-options/ https://www.thenorwegianstandard.com/article/alcohol-in-norw...). Which "stops anyone from doing so".
