I'm now intrigued to know what prompted them to reopen the forum after "something" was done. They deal with compliance in their terms and apparently did a reboot and apparently introduced new modding tools. Did they reach the conclusion that they are not pose significant risks and that their tools are sufficient? I'm very curious
