Yes, that’s my understanding as well. Those who can afford it, can travel to a different country and try. But I assume it’s so expensive that only a select few can go through this process.
- SoftTalker 1y agoSome states have tried to make it illegal to travel to another state to have a banned procedure such as an elective abortion. I don't know how that has held up in court in practice.
- tripplyons 1y agoThe US constitution protects rights to interstate travel, but I'm not sure what the courts will do.
