- jfengel 1y agoIt's true. DEI is genuinely hard to do well. Your company has to look closely at itself and ask questions that it may not want to answer: Do we have a diverse team? Do we have a diverse customer base? If not, why not? And as America's motto goes: if it's hard, it's not worth doing. Instead, we can weaponize our incompetence until people stop asking us to make things better.
