The switches on the lower panel that are switched, are the fuel cutoffs
- anonzzzies 1y agoBut they don't look protected or hard to switch?
- ojosilva 1y agoNo they don't, do they. That also corroborates the fact that they could be both switched to CUTOFF within a second, like the report states. That impossibility was raised by parallel threads here. In the video they are both switched on even faster than 1 sec apart, or, at least it feels like it.
- vishnugupta 1y agoThe pilot is toggling the switch on. Toggling it off presumably requires more power and is multiple actions.
- shash 1y agoYou move those switches down apparently. I don't think so.
- vishnugupta 1y agoUp/Forward ==> Run ==> Fuel supply is on Down/Backwards ==> Cutoff ==> Fuel supply is off https://www.reddit.com/r/indianaviation/comments/1lxxatc/fuel_cut_off_system/ https://www.reddit.com/r/indianaviation/comments/1lxxatc/fue...
- shash 1y agoI mean, there doesn’t seem to be a different amount of force necessary.
- testrun 1y agoThey are hard to switch. You need to lift them to switch.
