No, not really. Peak Blackberry was both tiny compared to iPhone usage today and in a very different context, with very little of the economy or daily lives invested directly into a rich ecosystem dependent on the phones.
- ethbr1 1y agoDisagree. A huge portion of the business world was Blackberry-centric. The cogent lesson is that ecosystems which are fundamentally supported by user network effects should ignore user networks at their peril.
