Awkward headline, since its not really much of a milestone. The first couple in a region are interesting, hitting significant proportions a year is interesting, a cumulative (relatively) small number is not that interesting.
- willio58 1y agoSince when is 5k a couple? Volvo is selling these while companies like Tesla are cough asleep at the wheel. I think the article mentioned 140 Tesla semis sold.

- flask_manager 1y ago5k over 6ish years when volvo sells well over 100k ice a year. It doesnt look like they are even selling 1 % electric a year yet.
- darkwizard42 1y agoGiven large fleet operators like JB Hunt operate about 30K vehicles, this is a pretty significant number.
