- tialaramex 1y agoTIOBE is bullshit. When somebody cites TIOBE what they mean is either "I have no idea what I'm talking about, but here's something authoritative seeming that agrees with me" or worse "I know this is bullshit and I don't care" C is still relevant, but TIOBE numbers are not.
