- crooked-v 1y agoMost immigration offenses are specifically not crimes, so that the government doesn't have to give the people involved legal proceedings.
- johnnyanmac 1y agoThe immigrants in thr court houses are breaking the law? Sounds like a judge should determine that.
- bufferoverflow 1y agoIf they crossed the border illegally, yes, they broke the law. You don't need a judge to determine that. Just like you don't need a judge to determine if someone drives without a driver's license.
