Indeed, the osu! community wrote their own drivers for Wacom and many other drawing tablets: https://github.com/OpenTabletDriver/OpenTabletDriver https://github.com/OpenTabletDriver/OpenTabletDriver They're much more configurable than Wacoms proprietary drivers and also telemetry-free. It's so widely used that they've even been directly integrated into the new osu! lazer client.
