- dragonwriter 1y agoNo, because federal parole isn't a thing for crimes committed after November 1, 1987.
- hilux 1y agoFederal parole may not be possible, but a pardon definitely is.
- dragonwriter 1y agoYes, and given the current administration’s pardon practice, being shamelessly unrepentant and flagrantly likely to be a recidivist looks more like a positive than a negative consideration.
