      Yes, Putin is dictator he has delusions of grandeur. (this is not sarcasm, im just taking your nearsighted worldview as a joke.) If you think im exaggerating than educate yourself on matter more then 2 minutes of googling. Situation is simple. Question: does russian establishemnt attacks European and USA infrastructure? Answer: Yes. If you genuinely asking about delusions of grandeur then your answer to that question is no. So who does have delusions? Pure logic.

        If you think Putin is going to kidnap someone's family to force a developer to hand over data that you put into a MS Teams wiki, you certainly have delusions of grandeur.
