- eesmith 1y agoSomeone living in Sydney (https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=41546796 https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=41546796) and using "maths" in the Commonwealth style (https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=41280463 https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=41280463) decides that someone like my foreign-born father who became a US citizen as a teenager, was wrong to think he's an American? Bless your heart.
