- nmstoker 1y agoAbsolutely. This is a flight of fantasy. Just being able to imagine something doesn't really cut it for concept items any more - you've got to have something vaguely functional you can demonstrate before it's worth seeking external attention.

- mgnn 1y agoThe Chevaline! It's probably possible to build The Primer, and the John Zaibatsu doesn't seem very outlandish too. But guys, that book wasn't a manual.
- AngryData 1y agoThis is just CGI of an idea somebody had, no part of this exists yet. Its no different than if some random grad student made a video of a flying car concept that they thought of while binging old sci-fi.
- runjake 1y agoMany of the comments are getting this wrong. This video is CGI-generated. However, a prototype exists but all it can reportedly do is stand up and balance itself at present.

- vrighter 1y agoCos a hydrogen engine is the best way to generate electricity. Given that the entire vehicle is around the same size as the fuel tank in a pickup truck, and hydrogen's very low volumetric energy density. Make the thing, then try to sell it, ffs.
