- alephnerd 1y agoGood point! But American sewage systems are also functional and maintained/upgraded. I'm not sure how DPW-style work is funded or managed at the municipality level in MX.
- ForTheKidz 1y agoMedico city is basically at the level of the water table, no? Building a sewer must be a serious pain in the ass.
