  I think the usual move is to buy some barely operating New Jersey deli chain or teabag factory that happens to be publicly listed, then rename it to: Mvidia.AI BlockChain Deep Technology, Inc. ...and start putting out press releases about how you're planning to 1000x your revenue and uplist to NASDAQ, etc.

    Be sure to sell chips and biscuits - but always refer to the biscuits as wafers. Then describe adding toppings to them as wafer-scale integration.
