If you actually read the page that you've linked, you'll see that many European countries were just using it to deliver COVID notifications
- rtkwe 2y agoAlong with offensive uses in Greece, Japan, the US, and New Zealand along with some uses on sea going vessels against pirates. It's not just notification uses and even just as a notification messages there are reports of hearing damage when turned too high.
