Should it be?
- rat87 2y agoYes Its illegal for a reason. The only good counterargument I've seen is that it might encourage worse actions to try to evade punishment.
- johnnyanmac 2y agoIdeally, yes. Leaves little wiggle room, settles things with minimal bloodshed, and stamps a nigh objecive ruling. But if blood is spilt, it'll slow things down in ways congress seems unable to do. Not stop, but slow down.
