Older fox here - I've owned many cars and a similar situation happened to me with a Mazda 15 years ago - shit happens in life. Save you sanity - call a lawyer and have them discuss the situation with Tesla. That's what I did with Mazda and around a month later things were solved. Stop sending emails and calling people at the company- they don't care - call a lawyer and save your sanity.
