Bootable Mac Startup Drive Backups, and Another Ode to SuperDuper
- deleted 2y ago[deleted]
- k310 2y agoShort version: Bugs in bootable backup were fixed. Recommended: (by me as well). Use the free version of SuperDuper to make a full bootable boot disk clone. It's on my "it's raining out" to-do list for the day. It takes a long time compared to incremental backups, but runs unattended. Just do it. If there's a disaster, you're covered, and can read the SuperDuper or the Apple disk recovery options at that time. For non-personal use, read them now and write up an InfoDoc.
