- neilv 2y agoSeems like it's a good filter for people interested enough to create an account. Overall, it's a buyer's market now. So they can maybe afford to miss out on someone who would've been a good mutual match, but who wasn't interested enough at first glance to create a (yet another, probably awful) job application account.
