- neilv 2y agoIs there some kind of equity or profit-sharing, in this default-alive startup? The Web site has a lengthy discussion of its "First and Best offers" for salary and bennies (ok), and mentions that there's no bonuses (ok), but I can find no mention of stock/ISOs/RSUs/etc.
- jaredsilver 2y agoYes, we provide meaningful options grants to all teammates (standard 4 year vest with a one year cliff).

- Kanishka345 2y agoThe product and job descriptions here always sound amazing! The only thing stopping me from clicking submit on application was focus on using AI tooling in software development workflow. I am not against copilot, but I don't find it that useful.
- arrowsmith 2y agoIs “North America only” a visa thing or a timezone thing? No chance of hiring a remote UK worker who can work with substantial overlap with NYC hours?
