I recommend the [nRF PPK II](https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Development-hardware/Power-Profiler-Kit-2 https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Development-hardware/Pow...), it's (relatively) affordable and most likely would dl the job just fine for you
