Ash HN: What tool do you use for changing acceptance criteria tracking?

We're looking for a tool to help us manage acceptance criteria/product specifications. We currently use Google Docs, which gets very messy especially as the acceptance criteria often gets updated throughout a project's lifecycle. Thanks,
