I'm not surprised at all. If I recall correctly, there was a link posted a while back about someone breaking some condition in the Google TOS, and thus being locked out of their Google Account, and therefore all their email, documents, and so on. And that's why I'm trying to make sure I don't become too dependent on any one "cloud" ecosystem.
