- ratherbefuddled 2y agoWhat purpose would punishing the Electoral Commission with a fine serve? It's a public body funded by taxpayer money. They should simply be looking to prevent a re-occurrence and a fine on this type of organisation wouldn't help. Perhaps they should have powers to prosecute executives.
