    And the ones from another country are allowed to be so underpaid. Offshoring is abusing the exchange rate and the the economy of the lower rate country. Has any country leveled tariffs on labor? India and Columbia should definitely consider it.

  And there are also plenty of citizens who are even a bit older. Ageism is huge in this business.
